We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Xio's Empowering Beauty. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, here's our simple return and refund process:
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment, minus any shipping fees, within 7 business days.
- For exchanges, If the item is damaged, we’ll ship the replacement item to you promptly.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare and makeup products for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
